Ways To Claim

How you can reduce what you pay

Depending on your situation, one or more of these may apply. We'll help you work out which.

Medicare (EPC / CDM plans)

Eligible patients with a chronic condition can be referred by their GP under a Chronic Disease Management plan for a Medicare rebate towards a set number of visits per year.

Private health insurance

If your extras cover includes podiatry, claim on the spot through HICAPS and only pay the gap. The rebate depends on your fund and level of cover.

DVA

We see eligible Department of Veterans' Affairs patients. Bring your DVA card and any referral so we can confirm your entitlement.

NDIS

We can work with NDIS participants under appropriate plan-managed or self-managed arrangements. Contact us to discuss your plan.

Want to know your exact cost?

Because fees vary with the appointment and treatment, the clearest answer comes from a quick call. Tell us what you're coming in for and we'll explain the fee and any rebate before you book.

Common Questions

Fees & rebates FAQs

How much does an appointment cost?

Fees depend on the type of appointment and any treatment involved - an initial assessment, a nail procedure and shockwave therapy all differ. The clearest way to know your cost is to call us on 1300 470 220 and tell us what you're coming in for; we'll explain the fee and any rebate before you book.

What is a Medicare EPC / CDM plan?

A Chronic Disease Management (formerly Enhanced Primary Care) plan is arranged by your GP for eligible patients with a chronic condition - commonly diabetes. It provides a Medicare rebate towards a set number of allied health visits, including podiatry, per calendar year. Ask your GP whether you're eligible.

Do you offer HICAPS?

Yes. If you have private health extras cover that includes podiatry, we process your claim on the spot through HICAPS, so you only pay the gap between the fee and your rebate on the day.

Can I get a quote before booking?

Of course. We're happy to explain fees and expected rebates up front - there are no surprises. Call 1300 470 220 or send an enquiry and we'll give you a clear picture before you commit.
